Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Replacements
    Products are eligible for return, exchange, or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    To qualify, the item must be:
    Unused and unworn
    In original condition
    With all original tags, packaging, and accessories
    Free from any signs of washing, damage, or misuse
    Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  2. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Replacement
    To initiate a request, please follow these steps:
    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ryurunlifestyle@gmail.com
    Mention your Order Number and the reason for return, exchange, or replacement.
    Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped by the customer to the return address below.

    Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

    Note:
    Any item that needs to be returned, exchanged, or replaced must be shipped by the customer to the above address. We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.

  3. Refund Policy
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the full refund.
    No return fees will be deducted.
    We will contact you to collect your bank details to process the refund.
    Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

  4. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, please mention this in your email request.
    Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange. Any price difference (if applicable) must be paid before dispatching the exchanged item.
    The exchanged product will typically be delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
    After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
    Used or washed products
    Products with missing tags or packaging
    Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  7. Order Processing
    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
    A tracking number will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
